The founding story of Alexander Riebe and RIEFILT Waterjobs
Alexander Riebe, founder and managing director of RIEFILT GmbH, has been successfully on the market with his company since 2017. His expertise lies in the development and sales of reverse osmosis systems for industry and the marine sector. Through his work, he recognized the challenges that companies in the water industry face when searching for highly specialized professionals. Since 2022 he has been working as an industry-specific headhunter and recruiter and helps companies find the right talent.
His vision to provide both companies and professionals in the water industry with a strong, specialized ecosystem led to the creation of RIEFILT Waterjobs. This platform is not only a milestone for the industry, but also a bridge between talented applicants and companies looking for highly qualified specialists and managers.
